Fetch & import
Pulls constituency-level results (top 5 candidates per seat) for a state's last 3 general elections.
TCPD is the default source — cleaned, historical, but lags real elections by months. ECI is the
fallback for whatever TCPD hasn't caught up to yet. Re-running for a state you've already imported
replaces only that source's rows for the elections touched — never touches Form20-loaded data,
even for the exact same constituency and election.
Years: comma-separated (e.g. "2012, 2017, 2022") to override auto-detection, or leave blank.

One row per constituency-election. "Analyze booth-level" only appears when real Form20 booth data
also exists for that exact constituency and election — this list never links anywhere without
something real to show.
